Description
The City of Columbus, Division of Water, is seeking to establish an Indefinite Quantity Agreement for Copier Maintenance Services on an as-needed basis. The estimated annual cost for this agreement is $800.00, but this is not a guarantee of the actual amount that will be spent. The agreement will be in effect from April 1, 2026, to February 28, 2027. The City does not auto-renew contracts, and any available funds not obligated by the City by means of a Purchase Order on or before the end date shall be cancelled after that date.
• The maintenance and service must be completed according to the manufacturer's suggested maintenance for the optimum quality of copy and performance of the equipment.
• The vendor must be an authorized dealer.
• User response time guarantees that a qualified, certified technician will respond to service calls within 4 business hours of the initial request.
• The City will only pay for copies made and does not pay penalties or late fees.
• All size copies will be billed at the same cost per copy rate.
