The Federal Bureau of Prisons at FCI Otisville is seeking small‑business vendors to supply a variety of certified Halal ready‑to‑eat meals for FY27. The solicitation is a set‑aside RFQ for multiple line‑item meals, each with defined quantities, delivery between October 1‑30 2026, and FOB destination to the prison’s food service warehouse.
