Description
The Caledonia Community Schools is seeking quotes for the installation of 54 single station and 6 double station water fountains with bottle fillers. The district has the units on hand, and the successful quoter will be responsible for the installation, including removal of existing water fountains, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing installation of new units, and sealing and caulking as necessary. The work must be completed prior to July 1, 2026.

• The quote must include all labor, materials, equipment, and services required for the project.
• The quoter must provide a separate page with item pricing, shipping, installation, alternates, and all costs.
• The district reserves the right to reject any or all quotes, and late quotes will not be opened.
