SHSU Custodial Services

Sam Houston State University is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to provide complete and comprehensive custodial services in various locations on the main campus, The Woodlands Center campus, Conroe campus, and other locations determined by the University. The services shall conform to the specifications detailed in Section D of the RFP document. The University is looking for a contractor to provide custodial services, including cleaning, maintenance, and other related tasks. The contract will be for a period of 36 months, with options for renewal. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary equipment, supplies, and personnel to perform the services. • The scope of work includes cleaning of buildings, restrooms, offices, and other areas. • The contractor will be required to provide a pricing worksheet with their proposal. • The University reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to negotiate with the selected proposer. • The contract will be awarded to the proposer that submits the most advantageous proposal to the University.
