Description
The Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board is seeking a contractor to provide a conference venue for the PLCB Store Operations Fall 2026 District Manager Conference. The conference will be held on one of the specified date ranges in September or October 2026, with a maximum of 70 participants. The contractor must provide a fully licensed and insured facility, safe and lighted free parking, 65 hotel guest rooms, a general session room, a dining area, A/V support, catering services, and a location within 25 miles of Harrisburg or State College. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
• The contractor must provide all necessary services and facilities for the conference.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• The contractor must provide a detailed cost sheet with line-item pricing.
• The contractor must register in the PLCB's online self-service Oracle Supplier Portal.
• The contractor must submit their bid through the Portal.
