Description
The City of Ladue is seeking qualified demolition contractors to perform complete demolition, asbestos removal, grading, and site restoration for up to three residential flood‑buyout properties. The work must be completed within 60 calendar days of each Notice to Proceed and must comply with federal, state, and local environmental regulations. Contractors must hold a Missouri asbestos‑removal license and be able to mobilize quickly to meet tight schedules.
• Demolition of entire residential structures and removal of all debris.
• Asbestos‑containing material abatement on selected sites (licensed contractors only).
• Grading, site restoration, and compliance with environmental protection requirements.
• Work performed on a per‑property basis; up to three properties may be awarded.
• Bids sealed and due by 9:30 AM on July 31 2026; non‑mandatory pre‑bid meeting on July 22 2026.
