Description
The Washington State Department of Commerce intends to award a sole source contract to Cloudburst Consulting Group, Inc. to support the implementation of the HOME Investment Partnerships Program - American Rescue Plan (HOME-ARP) Supportive Services program. The contractor will provide technical assistance, including development of guidance for collecting and analyzing subrecipient proposed uses of HOME-ARP Supportive Services funds, development of HOME-ARP Supportive Services policies and procedures, and development of HOME-ARP Supportive Services written agreement templates. The contract will be for a period of 180 days, starting on February 11, 2026, and ending on August 31, 2026. The total contract amount is $39,992.
• The contractor will provide technical assistance to support the implementation of the HOME-ARP Supportive Services program.
• The contractor will develop guidance for collecting and analyzing subrecipient proposed uses of HOME-ARP Supportive Services funds.
• The contractor will develop HOME-ARP Supportive Services policies and procedures.
• The contractor will develop HOME-ARP Supportive Services written agreement templates.
• The contractor will provide weekly on-call technical assistance sessions and additional technical assistance as needed.
