Budget estimate

$750,000 – $4,500,000

The grant awards range from $750,000 for early‑stage planning/demonstration projects up to $4,500,000 for advanced implementation projects. Assuming a typical award falls near the midpoint of the overall range, a grantee could expect roughly $2–3 million per award, though actual amounts will vary based on project scope, location, and alignment with disadvantaged‑community priorities.
