Commercial Appraisal, Valuation, and Consultation Services

The City of Saratoga Springs is seeking a vendor to conduct commercial appraisal, valuation, and consultation services for assessment purposes. The scope of work includes collecting and valuing commercial inventory, creating new commercial property record cards, sketches, and digital photos, and providing timely technical assistance. The project will consist of existing, recently improved, and new construction commercial properties. The vendor must comply with the City's Risk and Safety Agreement and provide a Certificate of Insurance. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities. • The City averages 35 commercial assignments per year. • The vendor must execute and attach the Non-Collusive Bidding and Vendor Code of Conduct Affidavit. • The vendor must provide a Risk and Safety Agreement and Certificate of Insurance. • The City requires the vendor to comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations. • The vendor must provide a working environment that is safe and healthy for employees. • The vendor must not discriminate against employees based on gender, race, religion, age, disability, or national origin.
