Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 5, Beckley VA Medical Center, is seeking to award a sole source contract to Turn-Key Technologies, Inc. for the maintenance of their in-house paging system. The contractor will provide maintenance, follow-on support, and warranty services to ensure that the system has 100% uptime and provides full site coverage. The contract will be for a firm-fixed price and will last for 5 years. The contractor will be required to provide a detailed work plan, a detailed outline of all components that comprise the system, and a written report of what was completed or left outstanding after each annual maintenance or service call.
• The contractor will provide support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays.
• The contractor will provide on-site support when the VA perceives urgency due to system full or partial failure.
• The contractor will provide updates and upgrades to keep current with operational requirements and operating system security changes.
• The contractor will provide a detailed service ticket describing tasks performed on the paging equipment.
• The contractor will provide a calendar listing of the year's annual maintenance service call for VA Beckley.
