Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is seeking information from potential contractors to provide an AMSCO Rack Return system for the Sterile Processing Services (SPS) department at the VA of Central Iowa Health Care System. The system should be reliable, efficient, and meet the requirements outlined in the Statement of Work. The contractor will be responsible for delivering, installing, and configuring the system, as well as providing training and documentation. The goal of the project is to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the SPS department.
• The contractor must have relevant experience in installing and configuring AMSCO Rack Return systems or similar equipment.
• Technicians assigned to the project must be certified and trained by the manufacturer or an authorized agent.
• The contractor must provide a capability statement addressing the requirements in the Statement of Work.
• The contractor must provide references for similar products previously provided with similar characteristics.
