Description
The Lawton Indian Hospital is seeking a contractor to provide trash services, including daily pick-up six days a week, Monday through Saturday, except for holidays. The contractor must provide three eight-yard metal trash containers and maintain or replace them as necessary. The contract will be for a base year with four option periods, and the contractor must be able to comply with the service start date. The evaluation factors will include technical, past performance, and price.
