FEI Microscope Maintenance

The US Air Force is seeking a contractor to provide maintenance and repair services for an FEI Quanta 200 FEG Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) located at Eglin AFB in Florida. The contractor will be required to perform one annual preventative maintenance visit, provide unlimited telephone support, and respond to service calls in a timely manner. The contractor must use factory-certified technicians and follow manufacturer's specifications. The contract will have a base period and two option years. • The contractor will be responsible for performing preventive maintenance, calibration, beam alignment, and software updates. • The contractor will provide unlimited telephone support and respond to service calls within 48 hours. • The contractor will submit written reports after each maintenance visit and repair. • The contractor must be certified by federal and state regulatory agencies to meet federal and local certification requirements. • The contractor's employees must be factory-certified in the service and repair of the FEI Quanta 200 FEG (SEM).
