RFQ - Engineering Qualifications for Water & Sewer Improvements

The City of Roberta is seeking engineering firms to provide design and construction management services for water and sewer improvements. The project will be funded through the FY 2027 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program and other grant programs. The selected firm will be required to submit a preliminary engineering report and work with the City of Roberta to complete the project. The firm must have experience with CDBG grants and other grant projects, and must comply with Section 3 regulations. • The firm must provide design and construction supervision services for the project. • The firm must have experience with CDBG grants and other grant projects. • The firm must comply with Section 3 regulations. • The firm must submit a preliminary engineering report. • The firm must work with the City of Roberta to complete the project.
