Sarpy County Courthouse North Chiller Replacement

The Sarpy County Courthouse has an ageing chilled water system providing chilled water for six air-handling units. The County desires to replace the chiller as well as make other system improvements. The scope of services sought for this project includes installation of a chiller, pumps, hydronic accessories, and piping modifications. The Contractor shall provide all other services that may be necessary and proper for the successful installation and startup of the Project in conformance with the Plans and Specifications. • The project includes two add alternates: Alternate #1 includes replacing additional exterior chilled water piping, and Alternate #2 requires a temporary chilled water system. • The Contractor shall coordinate the staging of materials and work areas with the Sarpy County Project Manager. • The Contractor shall provide an electronic copy of the As-Built Drawings and any other record drawings to the County. • The Contractor shall participate in the commissioning process under the direction of the commissioning authority. • The Contractor shall comply with all applicable Federal and State laws and County ordinances applicable to the work.
