Description
The Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE) is seeking a qualified Offeror to provide high-quality training and technical assistance to grantees of the State Tobacco Education and Prevention Partnership (STEPP) in Colorado. The goal of this project is to improve health through the provision of technical assistance to implement evidence-based, culturally relevant strategies that prevent and postpone chronic disease while improving health promotion/prevention policy. The successful Offeror will provide training and technical assistance to STEPP grantees, facilitate quarterly Learning Community Calls, and complete an evaluation plan to evaluate the technical assistance provided to grantees.
• Provide TTA to STEPP grantees
• Facilitate quarterly Learning Community Calls
• Complete an evaluation plan
• Provide a minimum of one article quarterly for the STEPP newsletter
• Participate in STEPP meetings
• Complete and submit reports
