Description
The Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA) is conducting market research to identify qualified and capable sources to perform Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Unscheduled Repair Services for Material Handling Equipment (MHE) at designated commissary groups and store locations. The current requirement includes services at the following DeCA locations: Group 13 (Colorado and Utah), to include Buckley Air Force Base, Fort Carson, Hill AFB, Peterson SFB, and USAF Academy. Interested vendors are encouraged to submit a capability package that includes company information, business size and socioeconomic status, any applicable GSA Schedule or contract vehicles, and a brief capability statement summarizing relevant experience with MHE preventive maintenance and repair services.
• The services are for non-personal support for MHE equipment.
• Vendors should identify their geographic service coverage.
• Vendors located within or near the designated service areas are especially encouraged to respond.
• The information provided in response to this notice will be used to assist the Government in determining appropriate acquisition strategies.
