Description
The Texas State Board of Public Accountancy is seeking a licensed attorney in the state of Texas to provide legal services. The attorney will assist with the preparation of a Request for Offers and the preparation of a contract for the agency's regulatory compliance management computer system, including the negotiation of the contract's terms and provisions. The ideal candidate will have experience in preparing and negotiating Texas information system request for offers and the associated procurement contract, including cloud solutions, intellectual property, data ownership, and cyber security considerations.
