Description
The County of Steuben is seeking bids for industrial electrical services. The contract term will be from the date of award through April 30, 2027, with the opportunity for four 1-year extensions upon mutual agreement of both parties. Bidders must provide documentation and prior work references to assure the county of their ability to provide the services. The bid documents are available at the Steuben County Purchasing Department, and questions must be submitted in writing by March 24, 2026.
Some key points to note:
• The total number of service call hours per year are not guaranteed.
• A minimum and/or maximum number of annual service hours shall not be established.
• All services shall be “as requested” by Steuben County.
• An emergency callout would be billable at a minimum of two hours exclusive of the one hour travel time allowance.
