Description
This project calls for the complete replacement of the roof on the Vashon Park District’s Ober Administration Building. The contractor must remove the existing roofing system, install a new single‑ply PVC membrane, replace flashing, perform minor exterior repairs, and provide a 10‑year manufacturer warranty. Work must be completed within a strict two‑week window in September 2026, and the contractor must comply with Washington prevailing‑wage requirements, carry the specified insurance, and meet all safety and regulatory standards.
• Replace existing roof deck and insulation, install new PVC roofing system across Upper Main, Penthouse, Lower Main, Covered Walkway, and tool‑shed roofs.
• Perform flashing, gutter, downspout, chimney, and vent upgrades, remove two skylights and associated conduit, and conduct minor exterior repairs.
• Provide all labor, materials, equipment, insurance (minimum $1 M per occurrence), and a 10‑year warranty; adhere to $70.70/hr prevailing‑wage rate for roofing trade.
