Description
The Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division (NSWCCD) is seeking service contracts to maintain two stereolithographic apparatus (SLA) printing machines, specifically the 3D Systems SLA 5000 and IPro 8000. The contractor will be required to provide maintenance, technical support, and repair services for a period of one year. The contract will be awarded to the lowest priced, technically acceptable quoter.
• The contractor must provide maintenance, including unlimited phone technical support, 24-hour emergency service calls, and all required preventive maintenance.
• The contractor must also provide a report following all performed maintenance and service calls.
• The contract is set aside for small businesses.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to labor, environment, and cybersecurity.
• The contractor must also comply with the terms and conditions of the contract, including the payment terms and the delivery schedule.
