Lake Houston Pump Station Pumps, Motors and Variable Frequency Drives

The San Jacinto River Authority is seeking a qualified individual, firm, or corporation to provide procurement and support services for pumps, motors, and variable frequency drives for the Lake Houston Pump Station. The selected respondent will be responsible for designing, manufacturing, fabricating, testing, delivering, and providing special services for the pump units, motors, and VFDs. The scope of work includes but is not limited to services provided during pump installation, startup, and maintenance. • The proposal requires the respondent to provide detailed pricing for the base items, including labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary for the design, manufacture, fabrication, test, delivery, and special services for the pump units, motors, and VFDs. • The respondent must also provide pricing for extra unit priced items, including extra storage of goods. • The authority is looking for a respondent with substantial and relevant experience and expertise in providing procurement and support services for pumps, motors, and variable frequency drives. • The selected respondent will be required to submit a proposal form, certification and acknowledgement form, and conflict of interest questionnaire. • The authority will conduct a mandatory pre-proposal conference on November 20, 2025, to provide respondents with an opportunity to ask questions and clarify the requirements of the proposal.
