Description
The Lowell Housing Authority is seeking a qualified, licensed, and bonded contractor to perform integrated pest management services. The contractor will be responsible for surveillance, trapping, and pesticide application, as well as providing site-specific recommendations for structural and management changes to achieve pest prevention. The contractor will also provide education services related to pest control for building staff and occupants. The contract is for 3 years. Key responsibilities include:
• Performing pest control services
• Providing site-specific recommendations for pest prevention
• Providing education services related to pest control
• Furnishing all supervision, labor, materials, and equipment necessary to accomplish the work
The ideal contractor will have experience in providing integrated pest management services, a satisfactory performance record, and a satisfactory record of integrity and business ethics.
