On-Call General Contracting Services

The Town of Estes Park is seeking to establish a pool of qualified general contractors to provide on-call general contracting services for various construction, renovation, and maintenance projects with a value up to $100,000. The selected contractors will enter into a construction contract to deliver high-quality construction and maintenance services in a cost-effective and timely manner. The scope of work may include general construction, landscape and irrigation, cost estimating services, construction waste recycling, demolition services, and more.
