Description
The City of Columbus Public Safety Department seeks to procure a high‑performance microfilm/fiche scanner to digitize archival police records. The award will provide one ScanPro 3500 microfilm scanner, complete with motorized reel carriers, a custom monitor stand, LED illumination, and a full software suite (PowerScan, ABBYY OCR, cloud export, etc.).
