North Park Avenue Reconstruction Design

The City of Montrose is seeking proposals for design services for the North Park Avenue Reconstruction Project. The project involves a general rebuild of North Park Avenue, including concrete replacements, pavement rebuild, and utility replacements. The selected consultant will be responsible for performing site survey and basemap preparation, civil plans and estimating, project management, and additional work items. The consultant will also be required to attend project meetings and provide monthly invoices and progress reports. The City of Montrose will provide GIS data, CAD drawings, and other necessary information to support the design process. • The project is expected to start in August 2026 and be completed by January 29, 2027. • The City of Montrose will evaluate proposals based on price, qualifications, experience, and overall proposal presentation. • The selected consultant will be required to provide a detailed project schedule and attend regular project meetings. • The City of Montrose reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals and to waive any informality or irregularity in the bid or in the bidding.
