Description
The Appalachian State University is seeking bids for the provision of stone and aggregate materials. The successful bidder will be required to provide pricing for all available stone and aggregate materials, with the option for customer pickup from the quarry on an as-needed basis. The contract term will be for one year, with the possibility of up to three one-year renewals if mutually agreeable. The university reserves the right to reject any bid and to award the contract to the bidder that offers the best value.
• The bid must include a completed pricing form and any additional pricing-related charges.
• The vendor must deliver the materials free-on-board (FOB) destination, with all transportation costs included in the total bid price.
• The vendor must provide descriptive literature for all products being offered.
• The vendor must invoice the university in a standard format, including detailed line item information.
