Description
The Palm Beach County Board of County Commissioners is seeking bids for temporary personnel, general laborers, for a term contract. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder. A 5% local preference will be given to bidders with a permanent place of business in Palm Beach County or the Glades. The bidder must comply with all federal, state, and local laws, including the Uniform Guidance and the Palm Beach County Code. The bidder must also certify that they have implemented a drug-free workplace program and comply with the requirements of 2 C.F.R. pt. 180, subpart C, and 31 C.F.R. pt. 19, subpart C.
