CSN West Charleston Campus Central Plant Chiller Replacement Project

The College of Southern Nevada is seeking bids for the CSN West Charleston Campus Central Plant Chiller Replacement Project. The project involves replacing the existing chiller at the central plant with a new magnetic centrifugal water chiller. The chiller should have a minimum capacity of 500 tons and meet specific performance requirements, including a coefficient of performance (COP) of at least 6.2 at full load and 5.5 at part load. The chiller should also have a variable speed drive (VSD) compressor motor starter and a microprocessor-based control panel. The project also includes the installation of a new concrete base, piping, and electrical connections.
