Description
The California Employment Development Department is seeking a qualified contractor to provide weekly power‑sweeping services for its Sacramento facility (5009 Broadway). The work includes sweeping the parking lot, sidewalks, curbs, gutters, and drain clearing, with service documentation supplied after each visit. The contractor must operate within a Sunday‑to‑Monday service window, comply with state safety and insurance requirements, and cannot subcontract without approval. The contract is a three‑year firm‑fixed‑price agreement starting February 1 2027.
• Weekly mechanical sweeping of all paved areas (parking lot, sidewalks, curbs, gutters).
