Description
The National Park Service is seeking a contractor to replace the roofing on seven units at the Capehart Housing in Sausalito, California. The work includes asbestos testing and abatement, removal and replacement of the tar and gravel roofing system, replacement of pipe collars and vents, and painting of the roof fascia and drip edge. The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the work. The project is expected to take 90 days to complete.
