Safety Improvements at Rocky Mount Rd/NS Railway

The City of Athens is seeking bids for the construction of roadway safety improvements and traffic signalization along Old Riceville Road and near NS Railway at-grade crossing in Athens, Tennessee. The project includes the installation of traffic signals, gates, and signs.
