Description
The State of Alabama is seeking a contractor to perform four quarterly inspections of sprinkler systems at three locations in Montgomery (660 Chisholm St., 1413 Coliseum Blvd., 1415 Coliseum Blvd.) for the FY 2027 period. The work is limited to inspecting sprinkler heads and control panels on a wet‑system fire protection network; no repair or replacement is included. The contract will be awarded through a Quick‑Quote process, with a total value not to exceed $25,000, and must be completed within the fiscal year (Oct 1 2026 – Sep 30 2027).
• Perform a quarterly visual inspection of all sprinkler heads and panels at each of the three sites.
• Provide written inspection reports, identifying any deficiencies and recommending corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with applicable fire‑protection codes and standards for wet‑system sprinkler installations.
