Description
The Maryland Department of Health is seeking bids from Master Contractors for the renewal of Sparx Prolaborate and EA Cloud licenses. The project includes the renewal of Enterprise Architect: Ultimate Edition Floating License, Sparx Systems Pro Cloud Server: Team Server Edition, Prolaborate License Pack, EA SaaS - Enterprise Standard Edition, and Sparx Cloud Platform EA & Prolaborate Cloud Infrastructure. The department requires the Master Contractor to provide the estimated ship date/lead time for each item listed in the PORFP, and to ensure that the proposed COTS software is virus-free. The contract will be for a period of one year, starting from August 1, 2026, and ending on July 31, 2027.
• The Master Contractor must be an authorized reseller for Sparx.
• The Master Contractor must include a screenshot of the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) with the bid.
• The Master Contractor must provide all agreements and terms and conditions expected to be signed or to be subject to in connection with or in order to use the products.
• The State reserves the right to request a Letter of Authorization (LOA) from the Manufacturer or Distributor.
