The Town of Smyrna is seeking a qualified, Tennessee‑licensed contractor to provide a complete traffic‑signal upgrade at the Sam Ridley Parkway (SR 266) and I‑24 east‑bound ramp interchange. The contract is a sealed‑bid, lump‑sum solicitation that includes supply and installation of signal heads, controllers, conduit, pole structures, PTZ cameras, radar detection equipment, wireless point‑to‑point devices, and related civil work such as foundations and pavement markings. An addendum adds two 35‑foot steel strain poles with foundations to the scope. Bidders must submit all required certifications, insurance, and acknowledgments by the deadline.
