The Operational Services Division is seeking advisory services from US Digital Response for the development of an eProcurement system. The selected vendor will provide a proprietary remote workshop and other advisory services to help the division understand the pros and cons of various approaches to eProcurement system development. The scope of work includes providing guidance on the development of an eProcurement system, conducting a remote workshop, and delivering other advisory services. • The vendor will provide a no-cost offer for the delivery of the advisory services. • The selected vendor will work with the Operational Services Division to develop an eProcurement system. • The division is seeking a vendor with experience in providing advisory services for eProcurement system development. • The vendor will be required to provide a detailed budget request and to work with the division to control costs and reduce risk.
