Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking potential qualified contractors to provide hardware and software upgrades for ScriptPro systems at various medical facilities. The upgrades will include purchasing licensing for ScriptPro Remote Access Software and procuring a test system for interface testing. The contractor will be required to provide all equipment, installation, services, interfaces, and training to ensure a functioning solution. The contractor will also be required to provide maintenance and support for the systems, including software updates, technical support, and user and service manuals.
• The contractor must provide a capability statement that clearly addresses the organization's qualifications and ability to perform as a contractor for the work described.
• The contractor must provide general pricing of their products/solution for market research purposes.
• The contractor must indicate whether their company would be a Large or Small Business and have a socio-economic designation as a Small Business, VOSB, or SDVOSB.
• The contractor must provide information on their experience and qualifications in providing similar services.
• The contractor must provide information on their ability to meet the requirements of the Statement of Work.
