Description
The City of Springfield is seeking bids from qualified firms to provide interior painting services at Mary Walsh Elementary School. The scope of work includes interior painting and associated labor tasks such as scraping, patching, and sanding of selected areas.
• The estimated value of the contract is approximately $50,000.00.
• A site visit is strongly encouraged on April 22nd, 2026, at 10:00 A.M.
• All questions regarding the IFB must be received in writing by April 23rd, 2026, at 4:30 P.M.
• The City of Springfield supports the goal of twenty percent minority and women (MWBE) participation in all contracts.
• Massachusetts Division of Occupational Safety Prevailing Wage rates apply.
