Collins Park Playground Improvements

The City of Toledo is seeking a qualified contractor to upgrade the playground at Collins Park. The work includes site earthwork, installation of concrete edging and walkways, placement of a new play structure, drainage improvements, and overall site restoration to bring the park back to a safe, functional condition.
