Description
The California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation is seeking bids for Chiller Plant and Cooling Tower Maintenance, and Repair Services at the Richard J. Donovan Correctional Facility. The contract will be for a period of 48 months, with an option for extension. The successful bidder will be required to provide all necessary labor, materials, and equipment to perform the work. A mandatory bidders' walk-through will be held on December 2, 2025.
• The scope of work includes preventative maintenance and repair services for Chiller Plant Systems and Cooling Towers.
• The contractor will be required to provide a rate sheet with their bid.
• The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder whose bid complies with all requirements.
• The State reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any immaterial deviations in the bid.
