NetApp AFF C30 All-Flash Storage Solution

The Lansing Board of Water and Light (BWL) is seeking a qualified contractor to provide NetApp AFF C30 All-Flash Storage Solution. The contractor will be responsible for delivering two Dell Unity Arrays for the Dell Unity Expansion REO-COLO project, including installation and configuration services. The contractor must perform the services in a professional, timely, and workmanlike manner, in accordance with the standards of the profession. The BWL reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive irregularities or technicalities in any proposal. • The contractor must submit a sealed proposal in response to this RFP. • The proposal must be in full accordance with the enclosed Scope of Work. • The contractor must provide the services described in the Statement of Work. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws, ordinances, rules, regulations, orders, licenses, and permits. • The contractor must provide termination assistance in the event the agreement is terminated prior to completion of the services.
