Description
The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania is seeking a contractor to provide Advocacy Services at 14 facilities located throughout the state. The contractor will be responsible for providing advocacy services to individuals with mental health and substance abuse issues. The contract will be for a period of one year with the option for renewal. The contractor will be required to provide electronic documentation of advocate activities and progress reports.

• The contractor will be required to work with each program office to address handling of confidential or HIPAA-related information within reports.
• The contractor will be required to include "progress" in the file for each individual, which will include what steps have been taken for or by the individual.
