Pre-Position Emergency Contract Services

The Plaquemines Parish Government is seeking qualified contractors to provide a suite of emergency‑pre‑position services covering storm‑drain and sanitary sewer debris removal, ongoing debris monitoring, levee maintenance with emergency access road work, marsh buggy operation, and water‑treatment equipment (reverse‑osmosis units and water barges) to mitigate salt‑water intrusion. Contractors must be Louisiana‑licensed and capable of rapid mobilization for multiple, concurrent tasks across the parish’s critical infrastructure. • Catch basins, storm‑drain and sanitary sewer line debris removal (Project 26‑00‑01) • Debris monitoring services (Project 26‑00‑02) • Levee maintenance and emergency access‑road construction (Project 26‑00‑03) • Marsh buggy equipment and operator services (Project 26‑00‑04) • Reverse‑osmosis water‑treatment units (Project 26‑00‑05) and water‑barges for reservoir replenishment (Project 26‑00‑06) • All work must comply with Act 70 (Louisiana Revised Statutes) and be performed by licensed contractors with appropriate classifications.
