Notice of Intent to Sole source - Q-Mag Sensor Calibration and Maintenance

The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) intends to award a sole source, fixed-price contract for Q-Mag sensor calibration and maintenance services. The intended contractor is Cummins Allison. The government is seeking responses from interested sources, which must be registered and active in the System for Award Management (SAM). Responses must be submitted in writing via email to [email protected] by the specified deadline. • The contract is for Q-Mag sensor calibration and maintenance services, which are proprietary OEM services. • The government intends to award a sole source contract using a Justification and Approval in accordance with FAR 13.5. • Interested sources must be registered and currently active in the System for Award Management (SAM). • Responses must be submitted in writing via email to [email protected] by 12:00 PM, Eastern Standard Time (EST), 19 January 2026.
