Annual LED Decorative Lighting Installation & Maintenance Services

The City of Sarasota is seeking bids from qualified, licensed, and experienced lighting maintenance vendors to provide professional lighting services for the procurement, installation, maintenance, removal, and replacement of Warm White Light Emitting Diode (LED) lights within the Downtown and other selected areas within the City of Sarasota. The contract will be for a duration of 3 years, with an option to extend for two additional one-year periods upon mutual consent. The City encourages local vendors to participate and will give preference to those who have implemented a drug-free workplace program. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder, taking into account local preference guidelines. Key aspects of the job include: • Providing professional lighting services for LED lights • Procurement, installation, maintenance, removal, and replacement of LED lights • Working in the Downtown and other selected areas within the City of Sarasota • Contract duration of 3 years with an option to extend • Local preference will be given to vendors who meet certain criteria • Drug-free workplace program is encouraged and will be given preference
