Description
The United States Navy is seeking a contractor to provide a 15,000 lb heavy-duty diesel forklift for rental at the Naval Air Facility Atsugi Air Operations in Japan. The contractor must provide all equipment, transportation, and maintenance required for the rental of the forklift. The forklift must meet or exceed the minimum specifications listed in the solicitation, including a load capacity of 15,000 lbs, a load center of 24 inches, and a diesel engine. The contractor must also provide a signed and completed SF 1449, a separate quotation form, and a maintenance service explanation if applicable. The quotation must be submitted via email to Jon R. Miller by 11:00 AM Japan Standard Time, 08 May 2026.
• The forklift must have a minimum load capacity of 15,000 lbs.
• The forklift must have a load center of 24 inches.
• The forklift must be a sit-down, counterbalanced rider with a diesel engine.
• The forklift must have an integrated side-shifter and a standard fork length of 48 inches.
• The contractor must provide all equipment, transportation, and maintenance required for the rental of the forklift.
