Description
The City of Dayton is seeking bids for the purchase of 2026 Chevrolet Traverse AWD LT vehicles. The bid includes the provision of new and unused equipment that meets the City's design, construction, and operational requirements. The successful bidder will be required to provide a firm price agreement for multiple vehicles, with firm pricing from January 1, 2026, to December 31, 2026, and an option to renew at the City's discretion.
* The vehicles must be equipped with all standard equipment as listed in the manufacturer's printed literature.
* The vehicles must have a Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR) of 6,394 and a wheelbase of 121.0.
* The vehicles must have a gas-powered engine with 328 HP and 396 Lb-ft of torque.
* The vehicles must have a warranty period of at least 3 years or 36,000 miles.
* The vehicles must be delivered to the City of Dayton, Dayton Fire Garage, 1601 Stanley Ave, Dayton, OH 45404.
* The successful bidder must provide a copy of their W-9 and a current vendor application form.
* The bid must include all shipping costs to the point of delivery.
* The City of Dayton reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities in a bid.
