Street Flusher "ELP" Units

The New York State Thruway Authority ("Authority") is seeking bids/proposals from contracting firms to describe a water-tank/street-flusher assemblies suitable for mounting onto any of the existing ELP-equipped trucks in the Authority's maintenance fleet. The assembly includes a polyethylene water-tank and diesel-driven water pump and all associated plumbing and controls mounted onto a flat stake-body.
