FY 2024/25 Annual Water, Wastewater, and Non-Potable Water Main Replacement Project

The City of Santa Monica is seeking bids for the FY 2024/25 Annual Water, Wastewater, and Non-Potable Water Main Replacement Project. The project involves the replacement of water, wastewater, and non-potable water mains, as well as the installation of new valves, hydrants, and other equipment. The project is estimated to cost $11,000,000 and will take approximately 720 calendar days to complete. Bidders must submit their bids electronically through the City's online vendor portal by October 30, 2025, at 3:00pm. • The project includes the replacement of approximately 7,208 linear feet of 8-inch water main, 680 linear feet of 10-inch water main, and 2,820 linear feet of 12-inch water main. • The project also includes the installation of new valves, hydrants, and other equipment, such as air vac assemblies and blow-off assemblies. • Bidders must comply with the City's Living Wage Ordinance and provide certification of compliance. • Bidders must also comply with the City's Oaks Initiative and provide disclosure of certain information.
