Lot Clearing

The City of Hot Springs is seeking bids for lot clearing services for twelve properties. The services required include clearing all grass, weeds, unmaintained hedges and bushes, tree limbs, small trees, brush, debris, trash, or other unsightly articles. The successful bidder will be required to initiate work within five days of the issuance of the Proceed Order and complete the work within ten days. The city reserves the right to modify the Proceed Order for any site where the owner willingly adheres to the stipulations of City Ordinance No. 6498 before the contractor begins work. The key requirements of the job include: • Clearing all sites of all grass, weeds, unmaintained hedges and bushes, tree limbs, small trees, brush, debris, trash, or other unsightly articles • Cutting all sites to a height of 3" or less • Cutting and neatly trimming along the streets and sidewalks • Cutting and neatly trimming along the outside perimeters of all structures • Trimming and maintaining cultivated flower beds and or hedges • Removing all Formosa/Mimosa and other new growth of undesirable trees • Cutting and trimming along all fence lines to include vegetation growing in or on a fence
